भारत विकास परिषद् की वर्ष 2014-16 की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी समिति के लिए सर्वसम्मति से नवनिर्वाचित राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री सीताराम पारिख (मुंबई), राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार वधवा (दिल्ली), राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री डॉ.के.एल.गुप्ता (अलीगढ़) एवं राष्ट्रीय वित्त सचिव श्री एस.एन.पांडा (भुवनेश्वर) ने कार्यभार संभाल लिया है।

Born on 24 January, 1946 in Rawalpindi, now in Pakistan. He did his Aeronautical Engineering during 1964-67 from Kanpur. Earlier he was running a Lottery business now, he is into Real estate business. But above all, he is a dedicated social worker and spreading the message of brotherhood globally. Q. When did you found World Brotherhood Organization?
Ans. We have founded it in 1999.

Q. What is the main idea behind WBO?
Ans. Our main idea is to bring every community, society, nation, religion on a common platform.

Q. What is the main mission of WBO?
Ans. To create Humanity & brotherhood are the main aims of our organization.

Q. Who initiated the idea ?
Ans. Mr. Raunak Singh-who was himself the 1st President of WBO.

Q.What are the objectives of WBO?
Ans. The main objectives of our organization are to promote Universal brotherhood, World Peace, Conservation of the Environment, Human Resource Development, Encouraging Sports activities, sponsoring outstanding, worthy and economically challenged students for superior modern management techniques in education other fields. Social, Economic & Cultural Development

Q. How WBO created its image among the society?
Ans. We are Slowly but steadily spreading the positive awareness of World brotherhood to make our India great.

Q. What is your personal view about life?
Ans. Live & Let live. My personal aim is to Work for the country and its unity.

Q.What is your success mantra?
Ans.Everything is possible in life. Concentrate focus on one thing. Firm believe in God

Q. Name the events organize by WBO regularly.
Ans. WBO organizes different events like Free health camp, Spiritual evening, Holi, Baisakhi, Christmas , Kavi Sammellan, Musical evening, Independence Day, Diwali, Eid, New Year Celebration, Sports competition, charity work for underpreviledge, etc. regularly. To mark Unity in diversity.

Q.Who are the founder members of WBO?
Ans.Mr.Raunak Singh, Myself, Mr.Bharat Bhushan Sethi, Mr. Rajinder Bagga, Mr.S.K. Sarin, Praveen Nayyar, K.L. Ganju, S.C.Munjal, are among the founder members of WBO.

Q.Who are the patrons of WBO?
Ans.The leading personalities like Mrs. Shiela Dixit, Mr.Anil Shastri, Mr.Jagdish Mukhi, Dr.Joginder Singh, Mr. S.S.Dhidsa, Mr.Archbishop Vincent M. Q.How many members are there in your organization?
Ans.We have approximately six hundred members. Even we have a dedicated team of executive members, Advisory committee and project committee members & office bearers working together as a mission.

Q.When & how do you celebrate Annual Day?
Ans.We have our Annual Day preferably on Sunday just after 25th Dec. every year. In this function, all the members are invited and gathered with family. All enjoy the annual day with lot of cultural programme and gala dinner party.

Q. Any Message for masses.
Ans. Our country has all the seasons and we believe in brotherhood in all the family.

With these efforts our Country can become No.1. Why the different nation spent too much money on Arms/war that may be utilized on the development of the country. We should Learn lesson of development from countries like Cananda, Australia, New Zealand. We should try to make our country great. Our Country has given us everything but what we have given to it matters.

हमें निम्न कहावत पर गौर करना चाहिए

बड़ा हुआ तो क्या हुआ जैसे पेड़ खजूर, पंथिन को छाया नहीं फल लागे अति दूर.

If we have the resources then we should always ready to help the needy, this is called real humanism. Passion to do something for the society. Self satisfaction is the spirit behind such noble work.

Q.What are the future planning for the expansion of your organization?
Ans. We are planning to expand our branches national & international level.

On 22nd of march, 2014, Saturday Jmis celebrated UMANG 2014, the children’s theatre festival & Pallav Graduation ceremony with chief guest Dr. V R Ravindran and Dr. Balbir Singh . The event began with the orchestra presentation band Goonj , an enriching amalgamation of Sur & tal ( using all the musical instruments) , our schools’ youngest choir group was also seen performing in a beautiful monsoon song called Kukukadi. Post that was the most memorable moment, that we call the graduation ceremony , wherein students of prep were promoted to Grade 1, wearing graduation gowns, holding their degrees high . One of the section was the felicitation wherein parents of Ankur Pink & Yellow were awarded exclusive titles for playing roles of holistic parenting. keeping our children grounded & Being close to nature is the most important aspect of valuable upbringing, with that intent we had an event with the name of spiritual awakening where our students performed yogic Asanas through an invocatory dance recital .

The highlight of the show were the three dramas Pedh lagaon by Ankur, princess & the Pea by Pallav & pied Piper By class I & II , that gave the students a lot of opportunity to enact & could find the best out of them with lots of pom & show for spreading the social message .Many scholars were given the awards for Eduheal Olympiads & many other significant contributions in academic as well as co-curricular inter as well as intra school competitions . The most spectacular event of the programme was the contemporary dance performance titled as Choo loo aasman. All the parents enjoyed the participation of all the students & the energy that sustained throughout. Parents were seen all praises for the event.

वर्ल्ड क्रिकेट टी २० मुकाबले के फाइनल में भारत पलड़ा भारी होगा. भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम ने इस वर्ष बांग्लादेश होने वाले पुरे टूर्नामेंट में चेम्पियन की भांति खेलकर आलोचक का मुहं बंद कर डाला. भारतीय टीम अपना खिताबी मैच श्री लंका के खिलाफ खिलेगी. यदि दोनों टीमों की तुलना की जाए तो भारतीय टीम ने अपने पहले मैच में अपने चिरपरिचित प्रतिद्वंदी पाकिस्तान को ७ विकेट से हराकर एक उम्दा शुरुआत की. उसके बाद गत वर्ष वर्ल्ड क्रिकेट टी २० की विजेता वेस्ट इंडीज को ही ७ विकेट से हराया. वहीँ अपने तीसरे मुकबले मैच में मेजबान टीम बांग्लादेश को 8 विकटों से रौंदकर एशिया कप की हार का बदला चूका दिया. जबकि लीग के अंतिम मुकाबले में ऑस्ट्रेलियाई टीम को भी ७३ रनों से हराकर अपनी मजबूती का अहसास करा दिया और सेमी फाइनल मुकाबले में साउथ अफ्रीका टीम को 6 विकेट से मात देकर फाइनल की ओर रुख किया. फाइनल तक का सफ़र तय करने में ऑफ़ स्पिनर आर. अश्विन की घातक गेंदबाजी करते हुए पांच मैचों में कुल १० विकेट लेकर लेग स्पिनर अमित मिश्रा ने पहले दो मुकाबले में ही छ: विकेट तथा विराट कोहली ने कुल पांच मैच ३०९ बनाकर, उल्लेखनीय योगदान दिया है. वहीँ दूसरी ओर श्री लंका की टीम फाइनल मुकाबले में जरुर पहुंची है लेकिन यदि उसके फाइनल तक सफ़र पर नजर डाले तो भारत के मुकाबले कोई उम्दा प्रदर्शन नहीं किया है. अपने पहले मुकाबलेमें साउथ अफ्रीका को मात्र ५ रन से हराया, दुसरे मैच में नीदरलेंड जैसी कमजोर टीम को ९ विकेट से परास्त किया. जबकि अपने तीसरे मुकाबले में श्रीलंकाई चीतों को इंग्लैंड की टीम ने 6 विकेट से करारी शिकस्त दी. उसके बाद न्यूजीलेंड को ५९ रनों से हराया. और सेमी फाइनल के लिए क्वालीफाई किया. सेमी फाइनल में गत वर्ष वर्ल्ड क्रिकेट टी २० की विजेता केरिबियन टीम को हराकर बारिस से बाधित मैच में २७ रनों से जीतकर फाइनल में पहुँचने का मौका मिला. .श्रीलंकाई टीम भी अभी तक वर्ल्ड क्रिकेट टी २० नहीं जीता है, उनके पास अनुभवी बल्लेबाज कुमार संगकारा, जयवर्धने जैसे विस्फोटक बल्लेबाज तथा अजंता मेंडिस व् मलिंगा जैसे बेहतरीन गेंदबाज की बदौलत इस विश्व कप को जीतकर नया इतिहास रचने का प्रयास करेगी.

इस बार कुल १६ टीमों में से नेपाल व नीदरलेंड जैसी नई टीमों ने भी अपनी क्रिकेट प्रतिभा का भी भली भांति आभास करा दिया. जहाँ अपने लीग मैचों में नेपाल ने हांगकांग को ८० रनों से और अफ़ग़ानिस्तान को ९ रनों से हराया. जबकि नीदरलेंड ने भी सयुंक्त अरब अमीरात को 6 विकेट से तथा एक अन्य मुकाबले में आयरलेंड को भी 6 विकेट से हराकर क्रिकेट प्रेमियों के दिलों में जगह बनाने में जरुर कामयाबी मिली.

भारतीय टीम पिछले दिनों न्यूजीलेंड में टेस्ट व् एकदिवसीय मैचों में हारने के बाद, एशिया कप में भी मिली हार से ग्रस्त टीम ने पुनः विश्वास बनाया है. इसी आत्मविश्वास को मद्दे नजर रखते हुए भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम का मनोबल बढ़ा है. इस टूर्नामेंट में, भारतीय टीम द्वारा खेले गए सभी मैचों में उम्दा प्रदर्शन के आधार पर कहा जा सकता है कि टीम इंडिया एक बार फिर से वर्ल्ड क्रिकेट टी २० को जितने की प्रबल दावेदार है. भारतीय टीम ने वर्ष २००९ में वर्ल्ड क्रिकेट टी २० के पहले संस्करण में धोनी की कप्तानी में पाकिस्तान को हराकर वेस्ट इंडीज में तिरंगे को लहराया था. इस बार फिर से धोनी की कप्तानी में फाइनल जीतकर टीम इंडिया को एक नया इतिहास बनाने को मौका मिलेगा.

प्रकृति का यह नियम शाश्वत नियम है कि काल चक्र की गति से कोई भी बच नहीं पाया है | परिवर्तन प्रत्येक जीव में अथवा पदार्थ में सम्भव है | तीर्थंकरो , संतो, पैगम्बरों और युग पुरुषो की आवश्यकता भी उसी समय अनुभव की जाती है जब संसार में न केवल अधर्म बढता है अपितु अधर्म भी धर्म का आवरण पहन कर जनता को भ्रम बंधन में डाल देता है | प्रकृति का यह नियम कभी भंग नहीं होता है | इसका अनादिकालीन चक्र चलता ही रहता है | वर्तमान कल्प काल में चौबीस तीर्थंकर हुए हैं जिनमे अंतिम तीर्थंकर भगवान महावीर हैं | तीर्थंकर महावीर से पूर्व धर्म-दर्शन के तेईस तीर्थंकर और हो चुके हैं जिन्होंने मुक्ति साधना एवं प्रकृति के विभिन्न आयामों के बारे में विचार प्रकट किये हैं और मानव जीवन को सुंदर, सरस, मधुर ,एवं व्यवस्थित बनाने का उपदेश दिया है |

भगवान महावीर का जन्म पाप का शमन करने वाली महान आत्मा के रूप में हुआ था | विश्वशांति और अहिंसा के लिए उन्होंने प्राणिमात्र को पावन सन्देश दिया | आज भगवान महावीर के ही आदर्शो का पालन न करने से चारो ओर अराजकता एवं अशांति का वातावरण है | सदाचार, का पथ ही हमें भगवान महावीर तक ले जाता है | हमें भगवान महावीर को जानना ही नहीं वरन मानना भी है | महावीर को जानने का अर्थ होता है --- महावीरमय हो जाना | बिना महावीरमय हुए महावीर को जाना ही नहीं जा सकता | "अहं"का अंत ही महावीर पद की प्राप्ति है | भगवान महावीर ने अनुभव किया कि यह संसार दु:खो से भरा हुआ है |इस संसार में प्रत्येक प्राणी दु:ख से भयभीत है ओर वह किसी न किसी प्रकार सुख का मार्ग प्राप्त करना चाहता है | इसी को पंडित दौलत राम ने "छह ढाला"में कहा है ------

"जे त्रिभुवन में जीव अनंत , सुख चाहें दु:ख ते भयवंत "

भगवान महावीर धर्म क्षेत्र के वीर थे , युद्ध क्षेत्र के नहीं | युद्ध क्षेत्र में शत्रु संहार किया जाता है पर धर्म क्षेत्र में शत्रुता का | युद्ध में पर को मारा जाता है , धर्म में अपने विकारो को | महावीर की वीरता में अशांति नहीं अनंत शांति है | उनके वियाक्तिव में वैभव की नहीं वीतराग विज्ञान की विराटता है | उनकी जीवनगाथा मात्र इतनी ही है कि वे आरम्भ के तीस वर्षो में वैभव और विलास के बीच जल से भिन्न कमलवत रहे, बीच के बारह वर्षो में जंगल में परम मंगल की साधना में एकांत आत्मराध्नारत रहे और अंतिम तीस वर्षो में प्राणीमात्र के कल्याण के लिए सर्वोदय धर्मतीर्थ का प्रवर्तन , प्रचार , व प्रसार करते रहे |

सत्य, अहिंसा , ब्रह्मचर्य, अपरिग्रह, अचौर्य, अनेकान्तवाद, स्यादवाद , सहस्तित्व ,अभय , मैत्री , आत्म स्वातंत्र्य एवं पुरुषार्थ जैसे महान आदर्शों के प्रतीक भगवान महावीर हैं | इन महाव्रतो की अखंड साधना से उन्होंने जीवन का मार्ग निर्धारित किया था और भौतिक शरीर के प्रलोभनों से ऊपर उठकर आध्यात्म भावों की शाश्वत विजय प्राप्त की थी | मन, वाणी ओर कर्म की साधना उच्च अनंत जीवन के लिए कितनी दूर तक संभव है , इसका उदा हरण तीर्थंकर भगवान महावीर का जीवन है |

युग पुरुष के रूप में जहाँ महावीर समाहत हैं वहीं भूत और वर्तमान के बीच प्रवाहमयी धारा है | महावीर बहाव का नाम है , ठहराव का नहीं | बहाव में निरंतर नित नया कने की सहज उर्जा होती है |महावीर ने “मनुष्य जन्म से नहीं कर्म से महान है "-- का सपना देखा था | इंसानी जज्बे को स्थापित करने की उद्दाम लालसा ,मानव मात्र की मुक्ति का अप्रतिम आन्दोलन , शोषण मुक्त अहिंसक समाज का निर्माण , वर्ग भेद से उपजी दीवारों को समाप्त करना महावीर का उद्देश्य था | मानव की मुक्ति और उसे विकसित करने का , पूर्ण इन्सान बनने का, प्रेम और स्नेह का, श्रम के मूल्य का और विमल द्रष्टी का मार्ग भगवान महावीर ने ही प्रशस्त किया था | वस्तुत; भगवान महावीर समय के कभी न मिटने वाले अमिट हस्ताक्षर हैं |

पत्थर तो पत्थर ही होता है , सोना नहीं होता
अपने लिए जीना , कोई जीना नहीं होता
महावीर का सन्देश है, “जीओ ओर जीने दो”
अपने लिए जीना , कोई जीना नहीं होता

आज केवल भारत में ही नहीं , सम्पूर्ण विश्व में महावीर जयंती मनाई जा रही है. आइए , हम सब मिल कर ,आज महावीर जयंती के दिन , भगवान महावीर के आदर्शो को नमन करें और भविष्य में उनके दिखाए हुए मार्ग का अनुसरण करने का व्रत लें |

नादान परिंदे बाॅर्डर पर रहने वाले एक भारतीय परिवार की रोमांचक यात्रा की कहानी को दर्शाता है कि बाॅर्डर पर जो दिखता है सच्चाई उससे अलग है और वहां रहने वालों की जिंदगी हैरानियों और चुनौतियों से भरी हुई है। कहानी पंजाब के पास के एक गांव में रहने मस्तमौला समीर और उसकी बचपन की दोस्त मेहर की है। शो बेसड इसके असली भावों और असली लोकेशंस पर है जिसकी कहानी में निहित ड्रªामा को चैनल ने खूबसूरती और बेहतरी के साथ फिल्माया है।

What is Psychoanalysis?
Psychoanalysis is a method of studying the mind and treating mental and emotional disorders based on revealing and investigating the role of the unconscious mind.

When people ask what psychoanalysis is, they usually want to know about treatment. As a therapy, psychoanalysis is based on the observation that individuals are often unaware of many of the factors that determine their emotions and behaviour. These unconscious factors may create unhappiness, sometimes in the form of recognizable symptoms and at other times as troubling personality traits, difficulties in work or in love relationships, or disturbances in mood and self esteem. The advice of friends and family, the reading of self help books, or even the most determined efforts of will, often fail to provide relief.

Psychoanalytic treatment demonstrates how these unconscious factors affect current relationships and patterns of behaviour, traces them back to their historical origins, shows how they have changed and developed over time, and helps the individual to deal better with the realities of life.

Psychoanalysis is an intimate partnership, in the course of which the patient becomes aware of the underlying sources of his or her difficulties not simply intellectually, but emotionally - by re-experiencing them with the analyst. Typically, the patient comes four or five times a week, lies on a couch, and attempts to say everything that comes to mind. These conditions create the analytic setting, which permits the emergence of aspects of the mind not accessible to other methods of observation. As the patient speaks, hints of the unconscious sources of current difficulties gradually begin to appear - in certain repetitive patterns of behaviour, in the subjects which the patient finds hard to talk about, in the ways the patient relates to the analyst.

The analyst helps elucidate these for the patient, who refines, corrects, rejects, and adds further thoughts and feelings. During the time that an analysis takes place, the patient wrestles with these insights, going over them again and again with the analyst and experiencing them in daily life, in fantasies, and in dreams. Patient and analyst join in efforts not only to modify crippling life patterns and remove incapacitating symptoms, but also to expand the freedom to work and to love. Eventually the patient's life - his or her behaviour, relationships, sense of self - changes in deep and abiding ways.

Who Can Benefit from Psychoanalysis?
Psychoanalysis is a highly individualized treatment, people who wish to know if they would benefit from it should seek consultation with an experienced psychoanalyst. Still, some generalizations can be made. The person best able to undergo psychoanalysis is someone who, no matter how incapacitated at the time, is basically, or potentially, a sturdy individual. This person may have already achieved important satisfactions - with friends, in marriage, in work, or through special interests and hobbies - but is nonetheless significantly impaired by long-standing symptoms: depression or anxiety, sexual incapacities, or physical symptoms without any demonstrable underlying physical cause. One person may be plagued by private rituals or compulsions or repetitive thoughts of which no one else is aware. Another may live a constricted life of isolation and loneliness, incapable of feeling close to anyone. A victim of childhood sexual abuse might suffer from an inability to trust others. Some people come to analysis because of repeated failures in work or in love, brought about not by chance but by self- destructive patterns of behaviour. Others need analysis because the way they are - their character - substantially limits their choices and their pleasures. And still others seek analysis definitively to resolve psychological problems that were only temporarily or partially resolved by other approaches.

Whatever the problem - and each is different - that a person brings to the analyst; it can be properly understood only within the context of that person's strengths and life situation.

The Psychoanalytic Tradition

Sigmund Freud was the first psychoanalyst. Many of his insights into the human mind, which seemed so revolutionary at the turn of the century, are now widely accepted by most schools of psychological thought. Although others before and during his time had begun to recognize the role of unconscious mental activity, Freud was the preeminent pioneer in understanding its importance. Through his extensive work with patients and through his theory building, he showed that factors which influence thought and action exist outside of awareness, that unconscious conflict plays a part in determining both normal and abnormal behaviour, and that the past shapes the present. Although his ideas met with antagonism and resistance, Freud believed deeply in the value of his discoveries and rarely simplified or exaggerated them for the sake of popular acceptance. He saw that those who sought to change themselves or others must face realistic difficulties. But he also showed us that, while the dark and blind forces in human nature sometimes seem overwhelming, psychological understanding, by enlarging the realm of reason and responsibility, can make a substantial difference to troubled individuals and even to civilization as a whole.

Building on such ideas and ideals, psychoanalysis has continued to grow and develop as a general theory of human mental functioning, while always maintaining a profound respect for the uniqueness of each individual life. Ferment, change, and new ideas have enriched the field, and psychoanalytic practice has adapted and expanded. But psychoanalysts today still appreciate the persistent power of the irrational in shaping or limiting human lives, and they therefore remain skeptical of the quick cure, the deceptively easy answer, the trendy or sensationalistic. Like Freud, they believe that psychoanalysis is the strongest and most sophisticated tool for obtaining further knowledge of the mind, and that by using this knowledge for greater self-awareness, patients free themselves from incapacitating suffering, and improve their lives and deepen human relationships.

All Psychoanalysts (very few in India) are Psychologists but all Psychologists are not Psychoanalysts.

Ashok Lav is a multifaceted personality. He is a well-known academician, poet, writer, critic, journalist and social worker.He was born in a Mohyal Brahmin family . He was conferred with Ph.D. and D. Lit. degrees for his outstanding contribution in the fields of Hindi literature .

He joined teaching profession and continued to do so with full devotion and dedication for nearly thirty years. Teaching was his profession but writing remained his passion. He has tried his hands in almost all areas of Hindi Literature and has been successful in creating a niche for himself wherever he did. His first writing was a children one-act play was published .It was in the year 1963 when he was in the school. He has been writing since then and the flow of writings has never stopped. His published works have already touched the century mark which includes both educational and literary creations. As a successful academician he has written a large number of text-books for students of all standards. He has worked on almost all modes of prose and has done exceedingly well in that. His Short stories, Laghukatha, novel, short stories, interviews, reviews, essays and articles, drama etc. have been of the highest quality and are very well received in the Hindi literary circles. In fact he played a historical role in establishing Laghukatha as a distinct form of writing. He has initiated discussions on various forums like radio, television, literary circles etc on different aspects of Laghukatha. Ashok Lav is considered as a senior and leading exponent of Hindi Laghukatha and ‘Salaam Dilli’, a collection of his Laghukatha is considered to be a historic document on this.

Ashok Lav has seriously worked on the much neglected area of interviews too. ‘Hindi Ke Pratinidhi Sahityokaron Se Sakshatkaar’ is his greatest gift to Hindi literature in this line. While ceremonially releasing the book, Vice-President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma called it a unique creation in this much neglected area of literature. These interviews were serially published in ‘Dainik Hindustan’, a Hindi daily of repute. His novel ‘Shikharon Se Age’ has been a subject of research. This novel depicts the modern Indian society vividly covering almost all the aspects. Four students have received M. Phil. degrees for their research works based on this novel. Some other well acclaimed works of Ashok Lav included Pattharon Se Bandhe Pankh ( Collection of short stories), Anubhooatiyon Ki Aahten ( Collection of Poems), Tutate Chakrvyuh ( ed-collection of Poems), Band Darwazon Par Dastaken (ed- collection of Lakhukatha), Chanakya Neeti (edited), Prem Chand Ki Lokpriya Kahaniyan, Prem Chand Ki Sarvottam

Kahaniyan, Yug Pravartak Mahapurush, Yug Nayak Mahapurush, Madhu Parag , Phulwaree and Mahak , Kholo Apne Baste Jee and Jhumen-Nachen-Gayen (Children rhyms) etc.. Ladkiyan Chhoona Chahtee Hain Aasman, ceremonially released by Mrs. Shila Dixit, Chief Minister of Delhi, is his latest collection of poems. Four students had done M.Phil on this book.

Ashok Lav has been a successful journalist too. He has edited many journals and magazines till date. He has been serving as the editor of the Hindi Edition of Mohyal Mitter for last twenty seven years. This is one of the longest continuously published magazines of India established in 1891. He was awarded with the ‘ Acharya Vijyendra Snatak Smriti Samman’(2013),Hindi Sahitya Sevi Samman(2013) and ‘Yagyavalkya Patrakarita Puraskaar’ (2012) for his outstanding contribution towards Hindi journalism. For his exploits in the field of Hindi Literature, Ashok Lav has received awards/citations/honors from more than sixty institutions/organizations so far. Among them are Surya Kant Tripathi Nirala Samman, Creative Foundation Awarad, Mohyal Gaurav Samman, Kabir Samman, Premchand Smriti Samman, Avantika Sahitya Samman, Rashtriya Hindi Sevi Samman etc. to name a few. He has been ordained with titles like Sahitya Shree, Patrakaar Ratna, Sahityalankar , Mohyal Shri etc.

Ashok Lav is residing at Surya Apartments, Dwarka, New Delhi. What is a mantra?

A mantra is a unique pattern of words or letters which has a hidden potent and mystical power to bring about specific results on being used in a particular manner.

Each mantra has a presiding deity or a mystical force to whom it is revealed and addressed. A person cans achieve supreme realization by meditating on a specific mantra.

Significance of Sita Ram mantra:

In Ramayana Ram means our soul, super consciousness, truth and virtue. Sita whose is the eternal consort of Ram means the primal energy or the Kundalini Shakti.

If Rama is considered as mariya purshottama or the perfect man the Sita exemplifies the perfect woman.

राम नाम ही परमब्रह्म है

एक नाम जाप होता है और एक मंत्र जाप होता है . राम नाम मन्त्र भी है और नाम भी . राम राम राम ऐसे नाम जाप कि पुकार विधिरहित होती है . इस प्रकार भगवान को सम्बोधित करने का अर्थ है कि हम भगवान को पुकारे जिससे भगवान कि दृष्टि हमारी तरफ खिंच जाए .जैसे एक बच्चा अपनी माँ को पुकारता है तो उन माताओं का चित्त भी उस बच्चे की ओर आकृष्ट हो जाता है , जिनके छोटे बच्चे होते हैं . पर उठकर वही माँ दौड़ेगी जिसको वह बच्चा अपनी माँ मानता है .

करोड़ों ब्रह्माण्ड भगवान के एक - एक रोम में हैं बसते हैं . दशरथ के घर जन्म लेने वाले भी राम है और जो निर्गुण निराकार रूप से सब जगह रम रहें है , उस परमात्मा का नाम भी राम है . नाम निर्गुण ब्रह्म और सगुण राम दोनों से बड़ा है .

भगवान स्वयं नामी कहलाते हैं . भगवान परमात्मा अनामय है अर्थात विकार रहित है . उसका न नाम है , न रूप है उनको जानने के लिए उनका नाम रख कर सम्बोधित किया जाता है , क्योंकि हम लोग नाम रूप में बैठे हैं इसलिए उसे ब्रह्म कहते हैं . जिस अनंत, नित्यानंद और चिन्मय परमब्रह्म में योगी लोग रमण करते हैं उसी राम-नाम से परमब्रह्म प्रतिपादित होता है अर्थात राम नाम ही परमब्रह्म है .

अनंत नामों में मुख्य राम नाम है . भगवान के गुण आदि को लेकर कई नाम आयें हैं, उनका जप किया जाये तो भगवान के गुण , प्रभाव, तत्व ,लीला आदि याद आयेंगें . भगवान के नामों से भगवान के चरित्र की याद आती है . भगवान के चरित्र अनंत हैं . उन चरित्र को लेकर नाम जप भी अनंत ही होगा .

राम नाम में अखिल सृष्टि समाई हुई है
वाल्मीकि ने सौ करोड़ श्लोकों की रामायण बनाई , तो सौ करोड़ श्लोकों की रामायण को भगवान शंकर के आगे रख दिया जो सदैव राम नाम जपते रहते हैं . उन्होनें उसका उपदेश पार्वती को दिया . शंकर ने रामायण के तीन विभाग कर त्रिलोक में बाँट दिया . तीन लोकों को तैंतीस - तैंतीस करोड़ दिए तो एक करोड़ बच गया . उसके भी तीन टुकड़े किए तो एक लाख बच गया उसके भी तीन टुकड़े किये तो एक हज़ार बच और उस एक हज़ार के भी तीन भाग किये तो सौ बच गया . उसके भी तीन भाग किए एक श्लोक बच गया . इस प्रकार एक करोड़ श्लोकों वाली रामायण के तीन भाग करते करते एक अनुष्टुप श्लोक बचा रह गया . एक अनुष्टुप छंद के श्लोक में बत्तीस अक्षर होते हैं उसमें दस - दस करके तीनों को दे दिए तो अंत में दो ही अक्षर बचे भगवान् शंकर ने यह दो अक्षर राऔर म आपने पास रख लिए . राम अक्षर में ही पूरी रामायण है , पूरा शास्त्र है .

राम नाम वेदों के प्राण के सामान है . शास्त्रों का और वर्णमाल का भी प्राण है . प्रणव को वेदों का प्राण माना जाता है . प्रणव तीन मात्रा वाल ॐ कार पहले ही प्रगट हुआ, उससे त्रिपदा गायत्री बनी और उससे वेदत्रय . ऋक , साम और यजुः - ये तीन प्रमुख वेद बने . इस प्रकार ॐ कार [ प्रणव ] वेदों का प्राण है . राम नाम को वेदों का प्राण माना जाता है , क्योंकि राम नाम से प्रणव होता है . जैसे प्रणव से र निकाल दो तो केवल पणव हो जाएगा अर्थात ढोल हो जायेगा . ऐसे ही ॐ में से म निकाल दिया जाए तो वह शोक का वाचक हो जाएगा . प्रणव में र और ॐ में म कहना आवश्यक है . इसलिए राम नाम वेदों का प्राण भी है .

नाम और रूप दोनों ईश्वर कि उपाधि हैं . भगवान् के नाम और रूप दोनों अनिर्वचनीय हैं, अनादि है . सुन्दर, शुद्ध , भक्ति युक्त बुद्धि से ही इसका दिव्य अविनाशी स्वरुप जानने में आता है .

राम नाम लोक और परलोक में निर्वाह करने वाला होता है . लोक में यह देने वाला चिंतामणि और परलोक में भगवत्दर्शन कराने वाला है. वृक्ष में जो शक्ति है वह बीज से ही आती है इसी प्रकार अग्नि, सूर्य और चन्द्रमा में जो शक्ति है वह राम नाम से आती ही .

राम नाम अविनाशी और व्यापक रूप से सर्वत्र परिपूर्ण है . सत् है , चेतन है और आनंद राशि है . उस आनंद रूप परमात्मा से कोई जगह खाली नही , कोई समय खाली नहीं , कोई व्यक्ति खाली नही कोई प्रकृति खाली नही ऐसे परिपूर्ण , ऐसे अविनाशी वह निर्गुण है . वस्तुएं नष्ट जाती है, व्यक्ति नष्ट हो जाते हैं , समय का परिवर्तन हो जाता है, देश बदल जाता है , लेकिन यह सत् - तत्व ज्यों -त्यों ही रहता है इसका विनाश नही होता है इसलिए यह सत् है .

राम नाम की महिमा

1) जीभ वागेन्द्रिय है उससे राम राम जपने से उसमें इतनी अलौकिकता आ जाती है की ज्ञानेन्द्रिय और उसके आगे अंतःकरण और अन्तः कारण से आगे प्रकृति और प्रकृति से अतीत परमात्मा तत्व है , उस परमात्मा तत्व को यह नाम जाना दे ऐसी उसमें शक्ति है .

2 ) राम नाम मणिदीप है . एक दीपक होता है एक मणिदीप होता है . तेल का दिया दीपक कहलाता है मणिदीप स्वतः प्रकाशित होती है . जो मणिदीप है वह कभी बुझती नहीं है . जैसे दीपक को चौखट पर रख देने से घर के अंदर और भर दोनों हिस्से प्रकाशित हो जाते हैं वैस ही राम नाम को जीभ पर रखने से अंतःकरण और बाहरी आचरण दोनों प्रकाशित हो जाते हैं .

3 ) यानी भक्ति को यदि ह्रदय में बुलाना हो तो, राम नाम का जप करो इससे भक्ति दौड़ी चली आएगी .

4 ) अनेक जन्मों से युग युगांतर से जिन्होंने पाप किये हों उनके ऊपर राम नाम की दीप्तिमान अग्नि रख देने से सारे पाप कटित हो जाते हैं .

5 ) राम के दोनों अक्षर मधुर और सुन्दर हैं . मधुर का अर्थ रचना में रस मिलता हुआ और मनोहर कहने का अर्थ है की मन को अपनी और खींचता है . राम राम कहने से मुंह में मिठास पैदा होती है . दोनों अक्षर वर्णमाल की दो आँखें हैं .राम के बिना वर्णमाला भी अंधी है.

6 ) जगत में सूर्य पोषण करता है और चन्द्रना अमृत वर्षा करता है है . राम नाम विमल है जैसे सूर्य और चंद्रमा को राहु - केतु ग्रहण लगा देते हैं , लेकिन राम नाम पर कभी ग्रहण नहीं लगता है . चन्द्रमा घटता - बढता रहता है लेकिन राम तो सदैव बढता रहता है .यह सदा शुद्ध है अतः यह निर्मल चन्द्रमा और तेजश्वी सूर्य के समान है .

7 ) अमृत के स्वाद और तृप्ति के सामान राम नाम है . राम कहते समय मुंह खुलता है और म कहने पर बंद होता है . जैसे भोजन करने पर मुख खुला होता है और तृप्ति होने पर मुंह बंद होता है . इसी प्रकार रा और म अमृत के स्वाद और तोष के सामान हैं .

8 ) छह कमलों में एक नाभि कमल [ चक्र ] है उसकी पंखुड़ियों में भगवान के नाम है , वे भी दिखने लग जाते हैं . आँखों में जैसे सभी बाहरी ज्ञान होता है ऐसे नाम जाप से बड़े बड़े शास्त्रों का ज्ञान हो जाता है , जिसने पढ़ाई नहीं की , शास्त्र शास्त्र नहीं पढ़े उनकी वाणी में भी वेदों की ऋचाएं आती है. वेदों का ज्ञान उनको स्वतः हो जाता है .

9 ) राम नाम निर्गुण और सगुण के बीच सुन्दर साक्षी है . यह दोनों के बीच का वास्तविक ज्ञान करवाने वाला चतुर दुभाषिया है . नाम सगुण और निर्गुण दोनों से श्रेष्ट चतुर दुभाषिया है .

10 ) राम जाप से रोम रोम पवित्र हो जाता है . साधक ऐसा पवित्र हो जाता है उसके दर्शन , स्पर्श भाषण से ही दूसरे पर असर पड़ता है . अनिश्चिता दूर होती है शोक - चिंता दूर होते हैं , पापों का नाश होता है . वे जहां रहते हैं वह धाम बन जाता है वे जहां चलते हैं वहां का वायुमंडल पवित्र हो जाता है .

कैसे लें राम - नाम
परमात्मा ने अपनी पूरी पूरी शक्ति राम नाम में रख दी है . नाम जप के लिए कोई स्थान, पात्र विधि की जरुरत नही है . रात दिन राम नाम का जप करो निषिद्ध पापाचरण आचरणों से स्वतः ग्लानी हो जायेगी . अभी अंतकरण मैला है इसलिए मलिनता अच्छी लगती है मन के शुद्ध होने पर मैली वस्तुओं कि अकांक्षा नहीं रहेगी . जीभ से राम राम शुरू कर दो मन की परवाह मत करो . ऐसा मत सोचो कि मन नहीं लग रहा है तो जप निरर्थक चल रहा है . जैसे आग बिना मन के छुएंगे तो भी वह जलायेगी ही . ऐसे ही भगवान् का नाम किसी तरह से लिया जाए , अंतर्मन को निर्मल करेगा ही . अभी मन नहीं लग रहा है तो परवाह नहीं करो , क्योंकि आपकी नियत तो मन लगाने की है तो मन लग जाएगा . भगवान ह्रदय की बात देखते हैं की यह मन लगाना चाहता है , लेकिन मन नहीं लग पा रहा है .इसलिए मन नहीं लगे तो घबराओ मत और जाप करते करते मन लगाने का प्रयत्न करो.

सोते समय सभी इन्द्रिय मन में , मन बुध्दि में , बुद्धि प्रकृति में अर्थात अविद्या में लीन हो जाती है , गाढ़ी नींद में जब सभी इन्द्रियां लीन होती है उस पर भी उस व्यक्ति को पुकारा जाए तो वह अविद्या से जग जाता है . राम नाम में अपार शन्ति , आनंद और शक्ति भरी हुई है . यह सुनने और स्मरण करने में सुन्दर और मधुर है .राम नाम जप करने से यह अचेतन - मन में बस जाता है उसके बाद अपने आप से राम राम जप होने लगता है करना नहीं पड़ता है . रोम रोम उच्चारण करता है . चित्त इतना खिंच जाता है की छुडाये नहीं छुटता .

राम राम राम
भगवान शरण में आने वाले को मुक्ति देते हैं लेकिन भगवान का नाम उच्चारण मात्र से मुक्ति दे देता है . जैसे छत्र का आश्रय लेने वाल छत्रपति हो जाता है , वैसे ही राम रूपी धन जिसके पास है वही असली धनपति है . सुगति रूपी जो सुधा है वह सदा के लिए तृप्त करने वाली होती है . जिस लाभ के बाद में कोई लाभ नहीं बच जाता है जहां कोई दुःख नहीं पहुँच सकता है ऐसे महान आनंद को राम नाम प्राप्त करवाता है .

भगवान के नाम से समुन्द्र में पत्थर तैर गए तो व्यक्ति का उद्धार होना कौन सी बड़ी बात है ? राम अपने भक्तों को धारण करने वाले है . राम नाम अन्य साधन निरपेक्ष स्वयं सर्वसमर्थ परमब्रह्म है .

	Shashank Vyas -Everybody talking about Narendra Modi. And yes said he is much popular among masses so he has brought chances plus youth also look upto him I am not here to promote any particular party or favouring. Actions speaks louder than words. So what I know he changed Gujrat. If chance given to we can expect change nationwide also..so he seems to be the candidate for becoming PM.
	Arif Zakaria - My favorite politician this season has to be Narendra Modi for the unprecedented hype, hoopla and illusion he has created. His ad campaigns and radio spots give the impression that the day after he's sworn in prices will fall, inflation arrested and we would transcend heaven. Such is the hoopla created. Personally I would prefer a moderate thinker like Nitish Kumar or even Shivraj Chauhan(CM of MP) as PM. They are not hardliners, seems less fascist, and do possess selflessness which is important.
	Adhvik Mahajan - I will support Narendar Modi. He is just awesome politician. He makes firm decision. The development in Gujarat speaks everything about him and his work. He would be the perfect PM. I think he should surely reduce entertainment tax. Films is the most common form of entertainment the common man indulges in. The good films surely be made tax free so more and more people go and watch it.
	Sharad Kelkar - My favourite politician is Raj Thackrey. His personality is amazing and his speech is lethal. His attitude along with all he has makes a lethal combination. Narendra Modi would be the PM and India will see a light and Ray of change with his focused ideals and no nonsense attitude. What India needs is a corruption free leader.
	Vivian Dsena- Narendra Modi is favourite politician. He has developed Gujrat very nicely. He has the charisma of a leader. He would be the next PM. He would revolutionize the country for sure. TV industry should be taken more seriously and it's a fact that it provides employment to thousands of people. The presence of TV industry as much as the film industry should be recognized.
	Rashami Desai- Narendra Modi fits the bill to be PM. . He has done wonders with Gujrat. I have been visiting Ahmedabad often and I find it a developed city. He seems to be the ideal candidate for becoming PM. India's issues need to be addressed like road, pollution and cost of living. As long as the interests are taken care of the common man everyone should be happy. Entertainment tax should be reduced as films in theatres is a larger than life experience and people like to go out and watch films on weekends.

Recently Chetan Das Park, World Brotherhood Organisation (WBO) organized a unique marriage reception where in 35 couples were given the oath to cast their vote in upcoming Lok Sabha elections prior to their wedding vows.

Renowned singers Johny Sufi, Sona Jadhav, Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Sunil Arora, Vicky Singh and many others performed live and encouraged all the audiences to practice their voting rights in general elections with their singing.

WBO has been organizing this free marriage reception function for underprivileged youth of all castes and religions since past many years. This event is an initiative by Mr. S. S. Marwah, ( Gen. Secy. WBO) & his team members.

While talking to the media, Mr. S.S Marwah said, “ It was a small effort by WBO to make people aware of their voting rights and to encourage them to cast their vote to the right candidates. “

WBO is an international voluntary, non-profit, non-political, social organization, which was founded in 1999, to serve this humanitarian purpose. It is motivated by a desire to inspire, mobilize, and bring together people from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds. It further seeks to strengthen the bonds of love and sharing aimed at keeping the social matrix healthy and enriched.

National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) should look into pricing medicines in India where same salt is marketed by different companies in varying prices. Antibiotic ‘Ofloxacin’ has Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for 10 tablets of rupees 314.92, 88.00 and 55.00 for same medicine marketed by three different drug-manufacturers. There are numerous such medicines where drug-manufacturers are cashing their name by earning huge profits. What more, same medicines are available even at much-much lower prices when packed in bulk! Fancy-packaging is yet other way of charging heavily for medicines. Drug-companies bribe medical-practitioners through costly super-luxury, foreign-trips and many other gifts of every range according to reach of medical-practitioners for recommending their branded medicines. Since retailers are competing by giving publicised discounts of 10-11 percent, it is time to reduce trade-margins on medicines.

Metric-system of packaging in medicines in true spirit should be introduced by making it compulsory to pack medicines in units of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 or 500 gms/mltrs/kgs/litres/units unless exemption is sought for some dose-wise administration. Many drug-manufacturers pack commonly used cough-lozenges in strips of eight instead of normal ten because consumers judge price per strip rather than a lozenge. Only recently medicines like Amaryl-1, ‘Telma-40’ and ‘Glyzid-M’ have been started being marketing in strips of fifteen tablets instead of earlier ten. Idea behind such a move is to ‘over-sale’ medicines because chemists usually sell medicines in full strips only, and unused tablets/capsules in part-strip are total waste for consumers. Union government should ensure that imported medicines like ‘Janumet’ which are available in strips like of fourteen tablets may be especially packed for Indian market in strips of ten. Planning Commission’s recommendation to shift National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority from Union Ministry of Chemicals to Union Health Ministry should be accepted.

Many-a-times name of medicine is printed only once on a complete strip of tablets/ capsules, thereby causing great confusion when the tablets/ capsules under the printed name are consumed. It is difficult to recognise medicine in balance of the strip having no name of the medicine. Authorities should make it compulsory to print name of the medicine on complete strip over every tablet/ capsule. Moreover it should also be compulsory to print/ emboss name of the medicine individually on each tablet/ capsule.

Significance and Meaning of Rama Mantram

राम रामेति रामेति रमे रामे मनोरमे ।

सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं रामनाम वरानने ॥

‘Sri Rama Rama Rameti Rame Raame Manorame;

Sahasra nama tattulyam Rama nama varanane!’

The above Sloka is Lord Shiva's reply to Goddess Parvathi's question as to which mantra can be easily recited and its effect equivalent to Sahasranama. Lord Shiva's reply was Rama Mantram.

Rama sound is formed from 2 Beejaksharas (the seed syllables) Ra and Ma. "Beejakshara" means the seed syllable which stores that, which is indestructible. Akshara means that which is indestructible.The Beejaksharam "Ra" is from the Ashtakshari Mantra: "Om Namo Narayanaya" and Beejaksharam "Ma" from Panchakshari mantra "Om Namah Shivaya"

Beejaksharam is the jeevan or life force of a mantra and if we remove that then that mantra becomes useless.From Narayanaya mantra if we remove Beejaksharam "Ra" sound then it will become Na ayanaya which means not good for chanting ,moksha etc.Same applies while removing Beejaksharam "Ma" from Namah. Namah Shivaya mantra becomes Na Shivaya which means not good for Prosperity(Mangalam)The word Shiva means prosperity which however is achieved only when liberation is attained from all bondage. When Ra is removed Knowledge (Jñānam) is lost and when Ma is removed Prosperity is lost.The Beejaksharams Ra and Ma together form RAMA and Rama sound represents Knowledge and Prosperity.

By continuous chanting of the mantra, the mantra shareeram purifies the life force to the extent that it can easily merge in the universal being. This is the science behind the daily Japam.This shows the truth embedded in Beejaksharam and it's impact on chanting the mantras.The end result will be the confluence of Life force (Jeeva Shakti) and favorite deity (Ishta Devatha ) based on the mantra chanted.Rama Mantra when chanted together at home with family brings prosperity and harmony.

In our Shastras it is prescribed that when the devatas are invited, they can be installed in one of the three -- water (that is the reason we install 'kalas' - pots of water for japa, kumbabhishekam and the like), fire (that is the reason we perform homam) and the third being, installing them into one's own body (during Sandhyavandanam, Goddess Gayathri is installed thus). Here, when the devatas were invoked, they refused to go back to their abodes. Hence Sri Rama invited one and all of them into his body. Thus, by merely chanting the Rama Nama, one gets the benefit of invoking all the 33 crores of devatas as well.
